曲は　4分44秒（Album ver.），3分57秒（Radio Edit） が有。
作詞作曲プロデューサーにクレジットされているのは、ラト姐以外には
ジェフリー・フィリップス氏，ペーター・ロバーツ氏。
レーベルは　Ja-Tail Records，Bungalo Records，Universal。

この曲を収録したラト姐のアルバムは、今秋～冬に発売予定。
